J.T.Ross (Pty) Ltd was established in 1902 and offers its clients the peace of mind associated with a century of experience in the construction and property field.

In 1898 James Taylor Ross, with some assistance from his father, started a small business as a journeyman joiner. He initially worked from his home in the suburbs of Durban, but his small business prospered so, that in 1902 he moved to 54 First Avenue, Greyville. Durban. James was joined in 1902 by his son John Douglas Ross. Father and son consolidated and as a team built up a sound business based on quality workmanship, integrity and reliability.

John's son, John Garth Ross then joined the family business which is today under the leadership of Douglas Garth Ross, thus continuing the proud tradition built up over four generations. Today the company commands a comprehensive range of property skills through its three operating divisions: Construction, Developments and Property Services.
